If you plan to fill out an application at our office, make sure you bring in all required documents to avoid multiple office visits and processing delays.
Below you can find a list of the required documents needed:
-Valid government issued ID
-Social Security Card
-Proof of income (Examples of proof to submit: 2 months of paystubs, most recent tax return, 3 months of bank statements, current SSI award letter etc.)
